G.L.V. Memorial Public School is a budding institution in the arms of Rithora named after Late Shri Gendan Lal Verma, M.A. (Hindi, English, Sahitya Ratan) L.T.T. who was a man with a vision and a man with a mission more over he was a source of inspiration for the progenies. He was basically Urdu teacher from 1937 to 1947. From 1953 to 1956 he remained the principal in K.G.K. College Moradabad for Junior Teacher Courses (J.T.C.). In 1956 he became Principal in Vedic Inter College,Badaun and from 1966 to 1979 he served as Principal in Darbari Lal Sharma Inter College, Rithora Bareilly. He was an honest, disciplned and Kindhearted person.

To promote development of rural and urban areas through the field of education.

To promote basic, primary, secondary, higher, medical, technical & allied education

To encourage and develop schools & colleges, school teachers and educational institutions.

To set up and run schools & colleges from the benefit of society particularly for children drawn from the poorer sections of society.

To encourage, educate and mobilize various sections of society towards basic to higher education
